The website is published by DECUPLER (see the legal notice). It provides information about setting up a company in Saudi Arabia, estimation tools and a contact form.

By browsing the website, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.

The website is free to use and requires no account. The publisher aims to keep it available but may suspend access for maintenance, updates or technical reasons, without notice or compensation.

Guides, tables and answers on the website are general information. They are checked against official sources and dated, but they are not legal advice, not tax advice and not a commitment on any administrative decision.

Tool results (cost calculator, checklist, other calculators) are indicative estimates, based on what you enter and on public tariffs known at the review date shown. They are not a quote, an offer or a guaranteed amount.

Only a written proposal from Tasis Partners, issued after reviewing your file, commits the publisher to a scope and a price.

You agree to provide accurate information and not to use the form for unlawful, abusive or promotional purposes. Sending a request creates no contractual obligation for you or for the publisher.

Data you send is handled under our privacy policy. Our commitment to reply within 1 business day applies to requests received through the form, by email and on WhatsApp.

Setup services (company formation, trademark filing, VAT and others) are covered by a written proposal stating the scope, price, steps, parties involved and exclusions, together with their own contractual terms. If there is a conflict, the accepted proposal prevails over these terms.

Website content (text, tables, tools, graphics) is protected. You may view it and quote short extracts with a link to the original page. Any other reproduction, systematic extraction or commercial reuse requires the publisher's written consent.

The publisher is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of the website's general information, for service interruptions, or for the content of third-party sites it links to. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
