Business visaA foreign company entering Saudi Arabia almost always handles three procedures in year one: forming the company, protecting its name and logo, and registering for VAT once it invoices. They depend on each other: the trade name reserved at the commercial registry should match the trademark, and ZATCA registration requires an issued CR.
The bundle groups them into one proposal with a shared timeline, one contact and a weekly written update. The trademark filing can start on day one, alongside company formation, so that a name conflict does not surface too late.
As with every service, government fees (MISA, Ministry of Commerce, SAIP) are passed through at cost with receipts. See how we charge.
Your parent company can hold the Saudi subsidiary. Start by checking the requirements and preparing its documents.

Not for most activities. A foreign investor can own 100% of a Saudi company once MISA has issued the investment registration certificate. Some activities remain restricted or conditional, which is what the eligibility check is for.
Yes. Every service can be taken on its own. A trademark filing in particular does not require a Saudi company: a non-resident applicant files through a SAIP-licensed agent.

No. Tasis Partners is a private coordination service. Regulated acts go to licensed partners, and we refer you to a lawyer or accountant when your situation calls for legal or tax advice.
Much of the process runs online and by power of attorney. Opening the bank account and the general manager's residence permit usually require being in the Kingdom; we prepare those appointments in advance.
No. Decisions belong to MISA, the Ministry of Commerce, SAIP, ZATCA and the banks. We commit to the quality of the file, response times and follow-up, not to a third party's decision.
