Tasis Partners
Coordination
Eligibility check, document list, preparing and filing online applications when you give us a mandate, deadline tracking, and a written progress update every week.
Tasis Partners is a private business setup concierge founded by Nathan Fenina. We run your company formation, trademark and VAT file in Saudi Arabia from start to finish, and we coordinate the licensed professionals who handle regulated acts. This page explains who we are, how we work and what we commit to in writing.

Nathan Fenina
founder of Tasis Partners
A founder who wants to set up in Dubai can easily find a provider that answers in their language and takes the whole file off their hands. For Saudi Arabia, that kind of partner barely exists, especially for French speakers and for smaller companies. Much of the information online is dated, contradictory or aimed at large groups.
Yet the market has opened up. The revised Investment Law, in force since February 2025, replaced the old "MISA license" with an investment registration certificate, and most activities now accept 100% foreign ownership. The procedures are online, but they run across several platforms (MISA, Saudi Business Center, ZATCA, GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem) and require foreign documents that are legalised and translated.
Tasis Partners ("tasis", تأسيس, means "founding" or "establishment" in Arabic) fills that gap: one contact, in English, French or Arabic, who explains each step, prepares the file, tracks deadlines and tells you plainly what is possible and what is not.
Nathan Fenina is the founder and CEO of Décupler, a French agency specialising in search engine optimisation (SEO) and generative engine optimisation (GEO), based in Nice. He works with SaaS, e-commerce and B2B service companies on organic acquisition. His background is public on LinkedIn.
That work is about structuring complex information, checking sources and documenting every decision. Tasis Partners applies the same method to Saudi procedures: every step is explained, every figure links to a dated official source, and every file is tracked in writing.
Nathan Fenina is neither a lawyer nor an accountant. That is exactly why acts that require a licensed professional go to authorised local partners, and why this split of roles is written into every proposal.
Four parties are involved in a Saudi setup. Our written proposal names them for each step.
Coordination
Eligibility check, document list, preparing and filing online applications when you give us a mandate, deadline tracking, and a written progress update every week.
Regulated acts
An agent licensed by the Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property (SAIP) for non-resident trademark filings, a certified translator, and a notary or lawyer when an act requires one.
Decisions
MISA, the Ministry of Commerce, SAIP, ZATCA (Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority) and the bank decide on their own. We prepare the file; we do not decide for them.
Documents and signatures
You supply your company and shareholder documents, sign the powers of attorney and articles, and travel when the bank or a procedure requires it.
These commitments appear in every proposal we send. They cover what is within our control.
We check that your activity is open to foreign investors, and on what conditions, before asking you to pay anything.
Scope, steps, who does what, a fixed price for our work and a list of what is excluded. See how we charge.
Fees paid to authorities are re-invoiced exactly, with the official receipts and no mark-up.
Every question sent by WhatsApp or email gets an answer within one business day, even when the answer is "we are checking".
During the engagement, a weekly summary: what was done, what is pending, with whom, and the next action.
Every regulatory figure on this site (fees, thresholds, official timelines) links to the official source that sets it: the Ministry of Investment (misa.gov.sa), the Ministry of Commerce (mc.gov.sa and the Saudi Business Center), ZATCA (zatca.gov.sa), SAIP (saip.gov.sa), GOSI, or the law itself. Sources are listed at the bottom of each page.
Each page shows the month it was last reviewed. When information is not officially published or sources disagree, we give a range and write "to be confirmed at filing" rather than presenting a figure as certain.
Amounts that depend on your file, such as the fees MISA sets at approval, are never presented as final. If you spot outdated information, write to us: we check it and update the page with the new review date.
No. Tasis Partners is a private business setup service with no link to MISA, the Ministry of Commerce, SAIP or ZATCA. Those authorities make the decisions; we prepare and follow up your file.
Licensed local partners. A non-resident applicant must file through a SAIP-licensed agent, and official translations are done by a certified translation office. We coordinate them and tell you who acts at each step.
No, we are not lawyers or accountants. We explain the published rules and their sources; when your situation needs personalised legal or tax advice, we refer you to a licensed professional.
English, French and Arabic. Saudi official documents are in Arabic; we explain their content and bring in a certified translator when a certified translation is required.
We reply within one business day to any request sent by WhatsApp or email. The first 30-minute call is free and carries no commitment.
Because we only publish them when they are real and approved. Tasis Partners is a new service, so we would rather show our method, our sources and our written commitments than proof we could not back up.
Information verified in September 2026. Amounts and timelines are observed ranges provided for information only. Government fees are set by Saudi authorities and may change: we confirm them in writing before you commit to anything.
Tell us about your activity and timeline: we will explain what is possible in Saudi Arabia, in what order, and who does what. We reply within 1 business day on WhatsApp or by email.
