Privacy policy

The data controller is DECUPLER, a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) under French law with its registered office at Résidence L'Olympia 2E, 10 avenue Lympia, 06300 Nice, France, registered under number SIREN 927 480 319 (Nice Trade and Companies Register).

For any question about your data: the contact form, marked “Personal data”. Data protection officer: not appointed.

Your data is read by the Tasis Partners team handling your request. It is never sold, rented or shared for advertising.

We use technical processors: Vercel Inc. (website hosting and audience measurement) and Web3Forms (web3forms.com), which delivers the form content by email. WhatsApp messages go through Meta's service, under its own terms.

If your file goes ahead, some information is shared, with your agreement and case by case, with the licensed professionals involved (translator, trademark agent, notary or lawyer) and with the Saudi authorities concerned by the procedure.

Vercel is based in the United States and Web3Forms processes data outside the European Union. These transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and, where the provider holds it, its EU-US Data Privacy Framework certification.

Once a setup engagement starts, data necessarily goes to Saudi Arabia for the procedures you entrust to us; that transfer is needed to perform the service you asked for.

This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Audience measurement relies on Vercel Web Analytics, which sets no cookies: according to Vercel's documentation, a visitor is identified by a hash computed from the request, the session is discarded after 24 hours and only aggregated statistics are produced.

If we ever add a tool that requires your consent, a banner will ask for it before anything is stored.

Requests that do not lead to an engagement are kept for 3 years from the last contact, then deleted.

For clients, file data is kept for the duration of the engagement, then archived for the applicable limitation periods and accounting obligations (10 years for accounting records under French law).

Audience statistics are aggregated and cannot identify you.

You can ask for access to your data, correction, erasure or restriction of processing, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and request portability of the data you provided. You can also set instructions for what happens to your data after your death.

Write to the contact form, marked “Personal data”. We reply within one month. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL, or to the authority in your country of residence.

The Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), issued by Royal Decree M/19 and in force since 14 September 2023, is enforced by the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA). It covers, among other things, the processing of personal data of people residing in Saudi Arabia.

Where it applies to you, you have in particular the right to be informed, to access your data and obtain a copy, to request its correction, and to request its destruction once it is no longer needed. Send requests to the same address; you may also lodge a complaint with SDAIA.

Traffic to the website is encrypted (HTTPS). Access to incoming requests is limited to the people who handle them. For sensitive file documents (passports, articles, accounts), we use an encrypted file-sharing space shared at the start of the engagement and can sign a non-disclosure agreement on request.
